Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience when purchasing The Dark Story (Pain Never Expressed). If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your book to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The book is in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged.
  • The original packaging is intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to the Returns Page on our website.
  2. Enter your order number and registered email or phone number.
  3. Select the item you wish to return and provide the reason with images if required.
  4. Choose your refund method (Bank Account / UPI ID).
  5. Confirm your pickup address and submit your request.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup within 2 days. After verifying the condition, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
Note: A flat ₹60 deduction applies for return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect copy, please contact us immediately.
