If something is wrong

Because every order is packed and posted by Kalyani herself, a problem is dealt with by her directly rather than by a returns department.

If a book arrives damaged, send a photograph of it. That is the quickest way to have it put right.

How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the method you paid with, through Razorpay. Card and UPI details are never held on this site, so there is nothing for you to send us in order to be refunded.
